This isn’t a maintenance role, it’s a growth mission. They’ve built an incredible foundation of clients and partners, and now need a dynamic, commercially-minded VP of Global Sales to scale the digital signage arm to its next level of global success.

What You’ll Do
- Own the global sales strategy: Lead the commercial direction for digital signage solutions across enterprise and channel markets.
- Build and lead a winning team: Inspire, coach, and grow an international sales organisation that consistently hits ambitious targets.
- Drive predictable revenue: Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and quota design to deliver consistent ARR growth.
- Enterprise leadership: Engage directly with Fortune 500 clients, shaping large-scale digital signage and visual comms solutions.
- Channel excellence: Strengthen and scale partnerships with AV integrators, VARs, and strategic alliances.
- Operational rigour: Build process, data, and discipline using Salesforce and metrics that drive performance.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product, marketing, and customer success to align execution and deliver seamless customer outcomes.
- 12+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience, including 7+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven record of success in digital signage, AV, SaaS, or visual communications.
- Experience leading global teams and scaling go-to-market operations.
- Deep understanding of channel/partner ecosystems and how to accelerate growth through them.
- Strong commercial acumen — equally comfortable in the boardroom and the field.
- Natural leader with drive, credibility, and a passion for winning.
- Lead the global sales strategy for a high-growth digital signage business with serious momentum.
- Work with cutting-edge visual communication technology and a passionate, ambitious team.
