When we work with clients on a contingency basis, we are typically working in competition with other agencies and operate on a "no win no fee" basis.


There are no upfront fees involved and we would simply charge a fee in line with our agreed Terms of Business if we successfully fill the vacancy with one of our candidates.


Our team are typically handling multiple vacancies for various clients on a contingency basis, and we spread our efforts across a range of job roles we are looking to fill.


When working on a contingency basis, we provide a combination of internal database sourcing, external CV Databse searching, and pro-active LinkedIn Talent Acquisition.

For Senior level Executive Search requirements, we typically work on a retained basis, so that both parties are fully committed to the process. When working on a retained basis, our fees are staggered into x3 payments, 30% on instruction, 30% on delivery of final shortlist, and the remaining 40% invoiced on candidates start date.
