We have been retained by a global leader in the professional audio-visual (Pro AV) and communication technology space to find a Regional Sales Manager for the Central US territory.
Our client manufactures award-winning hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions trusted by enterprise organizations, higher education, and government institutions globally. This is a fully remote, field-based role designed for a results-driven sales professional who wants full ownership of a high-performing territory.
The Role
This position combines strategic channel partner management with direct engagement with end users to drive regional revenue growth:
- Territory Ownership: Own and deliver sales targets across the Central US region.
- Channel Management: Scale and manage a portfolio of channel partners, resellers, and distributors.
- Direct Sales: Engage directly with end users to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Pipeline: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline within Salesforce.
- Presence: Represent the company at customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of territory sales experience within Pro AV, IT, or technology solutions.
- Track Record: Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Strategy: Experience selling through channel partners while working directly with end customers.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and independent territory management skills.
- Tech Literacy: Familiarity with AV, networking, and collaboration technologies.
