The Role
We’re looking for a driven Solutions Sales Manager to join the team and take ownership of developing new business and managing client relationships within the AV and UC sector.

In this client-facing role, you’ll lead the full sales cycle — from identifying and qualifying opportunities to presenting tailored technical solutions and closing deals. You’ll collaborate closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure every solution meets both client needs and commercial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet revenue and margin targets.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through inbound leads, partner referrals, and self-generated opportunities.
  • Conduct client meetings and site visits, primarily across London and the South East, with occasional European travel.
  • Create and present professional proposals and AV/UC system designs, supported by pre-sales specialists.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales activity through CRM systems.
  • Work closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless project handovers.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings, vendor events, and industry networking opportunities.
About You
  • Proven experience in technical sales or business development within the AV industry.
  • Excellent understanding of Audio Visual and Unified Communications technologies.
  • Confident in delivering engaging client presentations, both in person and remotely.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate technical needs into practical, profitable solutions.
  • Proactive, well-organised, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and events.
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of AV design tools such as D-Tools or Stardraw.
  • AVIXA CTS or similar industry certification.
  • Experience working with manufacturers, distributors, or channel partners.
