Senior Corporate AV Support Engineer
Location: London and the SoutheastSalary: £50,000 to £55,000
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Corporate AV Support Engineer to support enterprise AV environments across London and the Southeast.
This position focuses on advanced technical support, fault resolution and maintaining the reliability of meeting room and collaboration technology.
Key responsibilities:
• Provide advanced support for complex AV incidents
• Diagnose faults across meeting rooms, conferencing and presentation systems
• Complete preventative maintenance and system health checks
• Support Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom and other collaboration platforms
• Troubleshoot audio, video, control and digital signage systems
• Investigate recurring issues and implement permanent solutions
• Maintain technical documentation and support procedures
• Assist with AV upgrades and technical projects
• Provide technical guidance to other AV technicians
• Coordinate with manufacturers and external support partners
• Travel to client sites across London and the Southeast when required
What we are looking for:
• Strong experience supporting AV systems within corporate environments
• Advanced fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Good knowledge of video conferencing and meeting room technology
• Experience with AV control, audio processing and signal distribution systems
• A practical understanding of networking within an AV environment
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A professional and reliable approach to onsite support
