Your Impact
- System Ownership : Own the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues across live systems, ensuring long-term reliability.
- Hands-on Excellence : Commission, test, and maintain audio, video, networked, and control systems to the highest standards.
- Client Representation : Act as a technically confident point of contact on-site, explaining resolutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proactive Maintenance : Deliver scheduled service visits, perform firmware updates, and manage programming modifications.
- Collaborative Growth : Support project delivery and final installation stages while sharing knowledge to reduce single-point-of-failure risks.
What You Bring
- Technical Depth : Strong understanding of signal flow and device configuration with hands-on experience in networking and DSPs.
- Platform Knowledge : Familiarity with industry leaders such as Q-Sys, Epson, Panasonic, BrightSign, or PIXERA.
- Documentation Literacy : Confidence reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and rack layouts.
