We’re working on behalf of a leading global provider of professional audio and communications technology
to recruit a skilled and commercially driven Sales Manager
. This role is focused on building and developing long-term partnerships with system integrators
throughout the West Coast of the United States, including; SoCal, SoNV, AZ and Hawaii.
This is a strategic, relationship-led sales position involving technical solution selling, account development, and close collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders. If you have experience in AV integration, unified communications, or smart technologies

Key Responsibilities
Account Development & Strategic Sales
- Drive revenue by acquiring and expanding relationships with national and global system integrators
- Lead the development of strategic account plans and execute growth strategies for assigned partners
- Act as the main commercial contact during tender and proposal processes
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations tailored to partner needs and technical specifications
- Collaborate with pre-sales and engineering teams to ensure proposal accuracy and project alignment
Project & Pipeline Management
- Own the full sales cycle: from discovery through proposal, negotiation, and close
- Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and sales reporting using CRM tools
- Manage internal communication with cross-functional stakeholders to support project delivery
Customer & Market Engagement
- Attend industry events, partner meetings, and client workshops to strengthen market presence
- Maintain a consultative approach to help clients identify the best-fit solutions for their needs
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
Operational Excellence
- Ensure all sales activities are compliant with company standards and industry regulations
- Document project and account activity in CRM systems for visibility and strategic planning
- Serve as a key contributor to regional business performance metrics and targets
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technical B2B sales , ideally in AV, unified communications, or smart building tech
- Proven track record of building strategic relationships with system integrators or channel partners
- Confident in managing the full sales process including complex proposals and contract negotiations
- Strong understanding of AV systems, integration workflows, and solution-based selling
- Comfortable working remotely with regular travel to client sites and industry events
- Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
