This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Business Development Manager to help drive UK growth for an established international brand that’s redefining in-store communication and customer engagement.
The Role You’ll be responsible for developing new business opportunities while strengthening existing client partnerships across the UK. Working closely with pre-sales and solution design teams, you’ll craft tailored proposals, deliver impactful presentations, and play a key role in expanding the company’s market presence.
This is a hands-on, commercial role for a proactive salesperson who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering results.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the UK.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling solutions and proposals.
- Lead meetings, presentations, and responses to RFP/RFI requests.
- Negotiate commercial terms and manage the full sales cycle.
- Track market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
- Represent the business at trade shows and networking events.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital signage, retail technology, or related SaaS/AV industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organised with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
- Able to balance new business development and account management.
- Confident using Salesforce and Microsoft Office tools.
- Bonus: multilingual (Italian, French, German, Spanish, or Dutch) or experience in multinational environments.
