This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced technical professional to take a lead role in delivering high-quality AV solutions across a diverse portfolio of projects.

The Role You’ll act as the technical lead for AV implementation projects - overseeing the planning, coordination, and on-site delivery to ensure systems are installed and commissioned to the highest standards. Working closely with operations and commissioning teams, you’ll ensure every project is delivered right first time, managing technical risks and maintaining clear communication with clients throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical implementation from project initiation through to completion.
  • Coordinate client information requirements including IP ranges, room layouts, and network dependencies.
  • Supervise subcontract engineers and specialist suppliers to ensure adherence to AV implementation standards.
  • Create and execute installation test plans, ensuring thorough testing prior to handover.
  • Commission and verify AV control, DSP, and video conferencing systems.
  • Contribute to project documentation, RAMS, and O&M manuals.
  • Provide post-installation support where required, assisting with any service-related issues.
  • Support occasional out-of-hours PAVA installation work (evenings or Saturdays).
About You:
  • Strong technical background in professional Audio Visual or related technology.
  • Proven experience leading AV projects, with solid skills in DSP commissioning (ideally Biamp), control programming, and AV network configuration.
  • Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving with excellent organisational skills.
  • Confident communicator - able to explain complex technical concepts clearly to clients and colleagues.
  • Calm under pressure, adaptable, and proactive in driving projects to successful completion.
Why Apply?

This role offers the chance to work with a highly respected AV integrator delivering cutting-edge solutions across the UK. You’ll enjoy technical autonomy, varied projects, and the opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, supportive environment.
