They are seeking a high-caliber Sales Director for Key Accounts (Americas) to take the reins of their regional B2B commercial strategy, spearhead team development, and aggressively expand their enterprise market footprint.

The Role (Key Responsibilities)
In this executive-level sales leadership position, you will drive the commercial strategy for high-value key accounts across the Americas region:
- Strategic Growth: Architect and deploy high-level commercial strategies to systematically scale revenue, boost profitability, and elevate brand equity within target verticals.
- People Leadership: Provide direct mentorship, coaching, and performance management to a dedicated team of regional account managers and internal sales support staff.
- Operational Discipline: Establish rigorous forecasting, pipeline tracking, and sales execution frameworks to guarantee exceptional predictability and accuracy.
- Global Alignment: Collaborate closely with international executive leadership to synchronize domestic sales initiatives with the brand's long-term global goals.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 7+ years of successful enterprise sales or project management experience within a technology-driven manufacturing environment (commercial audio, smart building technology, Unified Communications, or advanced hardware ecosystems preferred).
- Leadership Background: 3+ years explicitly supervising and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Business Acumen: Deep market insight, sharp financial competence, and a comprehensive understanding of complex, solution-based technology sales cycles.
- Core Competencies: Outstanding negotiation skills, stakeholder influence, and a verifiable history of building lasting relationships with Tier-1 accounts.
- Education: A 4-year University degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
