IN2-AV is working exclusively with a global enterprise technology organisation operating across digital experience, workplace platforms, and large-scale display networks. The business is well established, highly scalable, and entering a new phase of international growth driven by partner ecosystems and enterprise adoption.

They are now appointing a senior commercial leader to take responsibility for how the business scales across their global partnerships and direct sales across EMEA, combining strategic partnerships with direct regional sales leadership.

The Role

This position sits at the intersection of ecosystem strategy and regional revenue delivery. The successful candidate will shape how the organisation works with integrators, resellers, and strategic partners globally, while also owning commercial performance for the EMEA region.

On the partnership side, the role is about building a structured, repeatable ecosystem. You’ll define how partners are recruited, enabled, incentivised, and supported, ensuring they can confidently position, sell, and deliver an enterprise-grade digital experience platform. This includes negotiating commercial frameworks, creating co-selling motions, and ensuring partner activity translates into predictable, measurable revenue.

Alongside this, you will lead EMEA sales execution. You’ll be accountable for pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and closing complex enterprise opportunities, while developing and mentoring a regional sales team. This is not a purely strategic role — you will remain close to key deals, major customers, and strategic partners to ensure momentum and quality of execution.

The role works closely with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure go-to-market alignment and long-term customer adoption. You’ll also act as a senior representative of the business within the wider AV, IT, and enterprise technology ecosystem.

This role suits a commercially minded leader who has successfully operated in both partner-led and direct sales environments. You’ll have experience scaling revenue globally, understand how integrators and enterprise buyers operate, and be comfortable balancing short-term commercial delivery with long-term ecosystem value.

You’ll bring credibility in enterprise technology, digital platforms, AV/IT, or SaaS, along with the confidence to operate at executive level internally and externally. Experience in high-growth or investment-backed environments will be particularly relevant.
