The Role
You’ll be responsible for:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Identifying and converting new business opportunities.
- Managing and developing existing accounts.
- Working closely with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Preparing proposals and negotiating agreements.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in business development and/or account management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of AV/IT products and solutions (advantageous, not essential).
- A proactive, results-driven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
