We’re working with a long-established AV integrator who are urgently seeking experienced freelance AV Engineers to join a large-scale installation project based in Andover.

This is a hands-on, site-based role with work available for the next 6–8 weeks, offering an excellent opportunity for reliable freelancers to secure steady, well-paid work over the summer.

The project involves the installation of a wide range of AV systems – including audio visual equipment, CCTV, and lighting control – from first fix through to final commissioning. The site is fast-paced and well structured, and you’ll be working alongside a strong, supportive team with a clear install programme in place.

We’re looking for engineers with a solid background in AV installation, who take pride in delivering clean, professional work. Whether your experience is more commercial or residential, what matters most is a strong work ethic, technical know-how, and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.

What’s on offer:

  • £500 per shift
  • Accommodation provided (close to site)
  • £50 daily food allowance
  • Immediate start
  • Location: Andover
  • Duration: Ongoing for up to 8 weeks
What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience installing AV systems (CCTV and lighting control experience a bonus)
  • Able to work from drawings, plans, and structured installation guides
  • Comfortable working independently or as part of a wider on-site team
  • Good availability and a professional, reliable approach
This would suit a seasoned freelancer looking for consistent work, or someone between roles wanting to secure solid day-rate work over the coming weeks.
