IN2-AV Recruitment is representing a well-established audio-visual solutions provider in the search for an experienced Audio Visual Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on AV professional to deliver high-quality installations and support services across commercial, education, and public sector environments throughout the UK.
About the Role:
You’ll be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of a wide range of AV systems, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard. The position offers a mix of technical work, problem-solving, and client interaction, working with leading brands and the latest technologies in the AV industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installing, configuring, and supporting AV systems including displays, projection, and conferencing setups
- Conducting site surveys and providing technical recommendations
- Diagnosing and resolving faults both on-site and remotely
- Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Staying up to date with the latest AV technologies and best practices
- Proven experience in AV installation, service, or support
- Strong understanding of AV systems, including video conferencing, digital signage, and audio distribution
- Experience with Crestron, AMX, Biamp, or Yealink preferred
- Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills
- Full UK driving licence required
- CTS or equivalent industry certification
- Networking or electrical qualifications
- Experience with AV control system programming
