IN2-AV Recruitment is working with a well-established audio-visual integration specialist operating across hospitality, retail, and commercial environments. They design and deliver high-quality AV and control solutions for venues such as sports bars, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment spaces, with a strong emphasis on creating engaging customer experiences.
Our client is now looking to appoint a confident and organised AV Account & Project Executive to join their growing team.
The Role This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and supporting projects from initial enquiry through to completion. You’ll act as a key point of contact for existing customers, coordinate project details internally, and help uncover new opportunities within target sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client enquiries and maintain strong ongoing relationships
- Attend site visits to gather measurements, photos, and technical details
- Work with internal teams to progress projects smoothly
- Prepare proposals and manage client feedback and approvals
- Arrange equipment demonstrations and loan items where needed
- Support with new business activity and identifying upsell opportunities
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Highly organised with good attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple accounts and projects at once
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience beneficial
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for site visits
- Experience within AV or technical account management is advantageous (training provided)
- £35,000 base salary + up to £4,000 annual bonus
