About the Role We are seeking a full-time Applications Support Engineer to join a dynamic technical team.
This is a hands-on role covering technical support, system design, commissioning, and training. You will work across a wide variety of projects, designing and delivering professional AV systems while supporting customers and partners with technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
- Design professional AV systems from customer documentation, including acoustic simulations, schematics, and supporting technical documentation.
- Program, optimise, and commission AV solutions both remotely and on-site.
- Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, and in-person assistance.
- Deliver product demonstrations and conduct site surveys to gather project requirements.
- Maintain and apply strong IP networking knowledge as systems increasingly integrate with IT infrastructure.
- Undertake continuous professional development and maintain relevant industry certifications.
- Degree in Music Technology, Audio Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with Q-SYS and control systems.
- Experience with wireless microphone systems.
- Understanding of AV over IP and networking fundamentals (e.g., Dante, switch configuration).
