About the Role We are seeking a full-time Applications Support Engineer to join a dynamic technical team.
This is a hands-on role covering technical support, system design, commissioning, and training. You will work across a wide variety of projects, designing and delivering professional AV systems while supporting customers and partners with technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design professional AV systems from customer documentation, including acoustic simulations, schematics, and supporting technical documentation.
  • Program, optimise, and commission AV solutions both remotely and on-site.
  • Provide technical support via phone, email, remote access, and in-person assistance.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and conduct site surveys to gather project requirements.
  • Maintain and apply strong IP networking knowledge as systems increasingly integrate with IT infrastructure.
  • Undertake continuous professional development and maintain relevant industry certifications.
Skills & Experience
  • Degree in Music Technology, Audio Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with Q-SYS and control systems.
  • Experience with wireless microphone systems.
  • Understanding of AV over IP and networking fundamentals (e.g., Dante, switch configuration).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear and professional communication skills.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Location & Hours
  • Greater London and surrounding areas, with travel to client sites as required.
  • Monday to Friday, standard business hours.
